JONATHAN KOSHAR

Managing Partner. Jonathan has held various positions throughout the corporate evolution of McCaw Cellular Communications, Cingular Wireless and AT&T Wireless Services which eventually became AT&T Mobility. Jonathan has gained vast experience in roles such as Vice President and General Manager of international teams for AT&T Wireless in Bermuda and Barbados as well as the lead executive in the Washington, DC and Baltimore markets.  Jonathan has also held roles at the national level of AT&T Wireless including Director of Business Operations Strategy and Director of the New Market Build and Launch Team (NMBAL).  In addition, Jonathan was the acting CFO of AT&T Messaging (Pagers) during the sale of the division, along with various financial and M&A roles over 15 years with AT&T.

Prior to joining McCaw / AT&T,  Jonathan was part of the management team at Martin Marietta (now Lockheed Martin) and GE in various financial management roles. As the Managing Partner of The Broad Reach Group Jonathan supports CEOs, Presidents, Corporate Boards and leadership teams focusing on Finance, M&A and Operations.

KATHY LINDENBAUM

– Partner.  Prior to joining The Broad Reach Group, Kathy spent 12 years as a human resources executive with McCaw Communications and AT&T Wireless, and most recently as Vice-President of Transition Planning.  In that role she led the human resource staff responsible for integrating acquired-company employees and processes.  Kathy also served as COO of the human resources senior team, and has been the leader of various human resource functions (business planning, communications, staffing, organizational development) at both the regional and national levels.

Kathy's expertise spans a variety of disciplines and industries including digital entertainment, marketing communications, wireless technology, and construction management.  Currently, Kathy is consulting with several growing businesses, advising them in the development of world class HR practices.

JON MARON

– Partner, Marketing Practice Lead.  Jon has held various senior leadership roles overseeing all efforts in a variety of corporate and agency  roles driving successful outcomes for the brand, public relations, channel marketing, product marketing, packaging and corporate communications for organizations worldwide. From Kleiner backed start-ups to various Fortune 500 companies, including AMD, Dolby, LG, Dyson, Nokia, Sony Ericcson, TCL Corp, INRIX, HTC and Mitsubishi.

In today’s business arena, traditional measurements of success no longer hold up. And the reasons are digital – the devices customers use in their lives, the channels they take towards purchase and their engagement with disruptive competitors make defining the customer journey all that much more difficult.

The challenge is clear: the game is no longer the same. And winning it requires developing a different set of strengths. Jon brings more than 20 years of consumer and digital marketing, public relations and sales experience, with a proven record of building brands, driving sales and growing market share across the technology industry. 

JENNIFER EDSON

– Accounting Practice Lead.  Jennifer has many years of experience in accounting, auditing, systems implementation and training. has held  leadership roles in finance and accounting for a variety of companies, including Arthur Andersen.  As an auditor, Jennifer helped companies establish internal controls, uncovered opportunities for process improvement, and interfaced directly with senior leadership teams and audit committees. Clients range from high technology companies to those involved in manufacturing and distribution. 

Currently Jennifer provides accounting and business consulting services to emerging companies and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Washington.  

Jennifer enjoys process improvement and helping people leverage technology to save time and money, adding that companies are often shocked at where their money is going.  “We love helping people isolate their challenges by accessing their data and helping them understand it.  If the quality of data needs to improve, we can facilitate that so that informed decision making can begin."
